Coaching in Mediation
I offer my fourteen year experience with over 2000 mediations (mostly successful) to my Clients. Consultancy is aimed at Parties, Lawyers and Mediators who find themselves involved in complex mediation tables or are considering starting a procedure.
According to the Italian Law (D.M. 28-2010 & 150-2023)
I provide my professionalism as a Mediator for both mandatory and voluntary civil and commercial mediations throughout the Italian territory by the provisions of the Ministerial Decree. 28-1010 as recently amended by the Ministerial Decree. 150-2023.
Cross-Border Mediation
As a certified International Mediator (CEDR, IMI) I can act as a Professional Mediator in disputes involving individuals and/or companies of different nationalities.
About me
I am a professional mediator, full time. I firmly believe in mediation as a valid alternative to litigation. It is necessary to learn to see conflict as an opportunity for growth and not just as a problem.
